Time is money. Don't
let anyone touch your money.
PrimeDay is a personal time management and work reporting
application designed to be used all day. The application lets you
to report your work hours, check your schedule and propose a
meeting in no time at all.
Calendar
The basis of the PrimeDay's calendar is a user-specific calendar
that the user can view either via week or month views. The user can
add his or her appointments or reservations and mark some of them
as personal. Users can also view other users' calendars and see
their appointments. For personal appointments, only time reserved
is shown.
The most interesting part about PrimeDay is the meeting proposal
feature. Instead of letting other users to make reservations to
other people's calendars, a user can propose a meeting and invite
other users to attend. Only after a user accepts an invitation, his
or her calendar is updated and meeting registered. This way every
user is responsible for his or her calendar without the constant
fear that after a day away, the calendar is fully booked weeks in
advance.
In addition, various reservable resources (such as meeting rooms,
projectors, cars etc.) can be created. The resources have a similar
calendar as regular users with the exception that everyone can make
reservations.
Work reporting
PrimeDay's work reporting feature allows hours used in projects or
other tasks to be recorded user-by-user basis. The users input
their hours using a week view similar to a spreadsheet. Also, an
informational text can be entered for every day's work describing
the actual work done.
Work reporting also contains a versatile report generation
functionality. Basic reporting can be user, client or project
based. Report generation can be customized to suit almost every
need.
